# Tin Empires brand guide Name: Tin Empires. Canonical tagline: Small armies. Grand ambitions. A friendly, colorful miniature world with serious strategic decisions. Painted tin, ivory tabletop pieces, turquoise water and warm brass. No nation defines the identity. The identity spans America and Europe; website screenshots show the current US build. ## Marks `assets/brand/` contains the primary stacked logo with tagline ribbon, dark and light versions, horizontal wordmark, territory-and-pennant emblem, square icon and 1200 × 630 social artwork. All are self-contained scalable SVGs with embedded Fredoka where required. `assets/favicon.svg` uses the square emblem. Keep one letter-height of clear space. Full lockup minimum width: 240 CSS pixels. Below that use the wordmark (minimum 120 pixels) or emblem (minimum 24 pixels). Never distort, recolor individual letters or add national geography, flags, dice or realistic weapons. Forge Explore retains its approved separate publisher lockup. ## Palette and type Deep teal #194C4D; painted teal #287F83; brass #F4C354; ivory #F7F0DF. Brass is an accent or background with dark teal text, never small light-background text. Fredoka for display; Nunito for body. Both are distributed under the included OFL licenses. Game factions remain the game's mascot regiments and canonical colors. Website identity colors do not redefine factions. ## Voice and claims Confident, curious, tactile. Small things with big possibilities. Explain scouting, towns, deterministic combat and thoughtful expansion. Avoid realistic warfare, contemporary political framing or national exclusivity. No invented launch date, price, multiplayer, public demo or store links. Desktop and mobile are targets. ## Captures and exports Source captures: `game/build/reports/marketing-campaign/01-campaign.png`, `02-frontier.png`, `03-town.png`, `03b-town-clean.png`. Captured on 2026-10-25 from the current renderer at 1920 × 1200 using `--check=marketing`. Seed 31 is advanced by 28 rounds through the built-in AI autoplay (round 29, spring of year 8), with no territory, resource, unit or building cheats. The saved campaign is reloaded and its rules checksum verified before rendering. Player state: 61 territories, 14 capitals, 19 completed buildings, largest army 25 units; Des Moines has five buildings. Fog remains enabled. The hero uses the existing Forge Explore promotional artwork (`studio/dist/assets/tin-empires-v2.jpg`, copied without editing to `assets/artwork/tin-empires.jpg`), labeled as artwork rather than gameplay. Gallery captures retain their HUD. Images are copied without editing. `assets/screenshots/capture.json` records the run. The game command and full save live in the game folder; the website ships only images and the report. Run `python3 scripts/build-brand.py` inside `website/` to regenerate vectors. SVG social artwork must be rasterized for services requiring PNG/JPEG; platform submissions need destination-specific export review. This kit does not change game runtime assets.
